In other words, the books go out to the public because they, too, miss them.
This edition is dedicated to Manuel Alegre and Maria Teresa Horta, it also integrates the celebrations of the centenary of Carlos Oliveira, with the theme “Literature, citizenship and freedom”. And because this is a festival of causes, we intend to address burning issues for the future of the world, right from the start of the environmental emergency.

And in the name of the regenerating word, where there are people, there will be books.
They will be in the most unexpected places, at the hands of whoever wants to read them, Portuguese and foreign writers will go to the most surprising places, the books and the words will make the color revive again through the blackness.
During the month of June there will again be a literary residency, whose guests will visit the councils of the consortium.
